Sudanese wildlife society (SWS) organized a one-day workshop on Mainstreaming of Migratory Soaring Birds (MSB) into the Agricultural Sector, in Sudan, held at the Agricultural Research Station Hall, Shambaat Khartoum. The workshop aimed to mainstream migratory soaring bird conservation into Sudan’s public and private agricultural schemes.
The workshop program started at 09: 00 am and ended at 02:00 pm, it was attended by 88 participants representing ministries, civil societies agricultural schemes administration, the Research Centers, the Higher Council of Environment and Natural Resources, wildlife conservation General Administration, Sudanese Wildlife Society (SWS), CTC and DAL group agricultural and pesticides Companies, Plant Protection Directorate (PPD), and Universities. The workshop was wrapped up with fruitful and valuable comments from the attendees.
